JGH Technologies Credit Card Payment Terms & Conditions Shipping Policy JGH Technologies will strive to process all orders placed by 2:00 PM Central Time on the same day, and ship them as soon as possible. UPS delivers all of our orders at your choice of service level. Orders are processed Monday – Friday except on US National holidays. No option currently exists for Saturday delivery. We cannot guarantee same day shipping. If any item on your order is not in stock and available for prompt shipment our customer service department will e-mail you and explain the situation. At this time, you have the option to cancel your whole order, change your order, authorize a split shipment, or postpone your shipment until it can be shipped complete. All international orders must ship complete. Your credit card will not be charged until your goods are in transit. Credit Card Information All credit card transactions and personal information are submitted by us through a secure socket layer (SSL) server. All credit card information will be kept confidential between JGH Technologies and the customer. JGH Technologies does not store your credit card number in any way and only passes the encrypted data to our credit card processor. Your credit card will not be charged until your goods are in transit. Sales Tax If your order is shipped to a location in Illinois, JGH Technologies has a sales tax collection responsibility and Sales Tax will be added to your order. If your order is shipped to a location not in Illinois the customer shall be responsible for any sales taxes or use taxes applicable. International Orders We currently ship to almost all international addresses. Due the high rate of fraud, we do not ship Credit Card Orders to the countries of the former Soviet Union or to any African nation. If you would like to order goods and reside in one of these excluded areas, please contact JGH Technologies. All international orders are held until they can be shipped complete. Loss or Damaged Goods Loss packages may be reported to UPS twenty-four hours after their expected arrival date and time. Please contact JGH Technologies customer service by phone to expedite the search for a lost package. You should immediately report to UPS any package or contents that have been damaged, and arrange for UPS inspection of the package. DO NOT DISCARD THE BOX OR ANY OF THE PACKING MATERIALS. UPS will not honor any claim for damage without an inspection. Please also call or e-mail JGH Technologies. Returns If you discover a problem with your order and it becomes necessary to return parts or merchandise to JGH Technologies, you must fill-out and submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once received JGH Technologies will process your request and, if granted, shall authorize the return via e-mail. All returns shall be subject to a restocking fee of approximately 25%, unless specifically waived by JGH Technologies. Authorized reimbursement of any funds shall be by same means as method of original payment by customer. Returned parts or merchandise deemed by JGH Technologies to have been damaged or marred in a manner that diminishes the resale valve of the parts or merchandise shall be subject to a restocking fee greater than 25% as determined by JGH Technologies. |
